Thanks to RemoteXs, DTU students, faculty, and researchers can access the library’s subscribed journals and e-resources anytime, anywhere—your hostel, home, or even while traveling.

🔑 What is RemoteXs?

RemoteXs is DTU Central Library’s remote access gateway. It allows you to log in securely with your DTU credentials and access premium databases like IEEE, Springer, Elsevier, ASME, ASCE, Emerald, ASTM, and thousands more.

📝 How to Get Your RemoteXs ID & Password

To use RemoteXs, you need login credentials from the library. Here’s how:

Students: 1. Your ID Card is generated by the Computer Centre

2. Once you receive your ID Card, you will be allotted an Official Email ID

3. On that Email ID, you will receive a mail for registration on RemoteXs

4. From that mail, you can generate/set your password

5. If you have not get email or not generated your password, then for password generation, please visit library

Faculty & Staff: Request credentials by email to the library (library@dtu.ac.in) 

or visit the library in person.

 

🚀 How to Use RemoteXs

1. Go to DTU Central Library Website Home Page → RemoteXs Access.

2. Login → RemoteXs Portal with your ID and password.

3. Choose Your Database →List of DTU subscribed E-Resources

4. Search and Download → Enter title, DOI, or author → click full text → download PDF.
